Your tasks
Planning, consulting, implementation and management of software projects with a focus on supply chain management (purchasing, warehouse, production, logistics) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our national and international customers
Recording and implementation of customer-specific requirements in close coordination with the technical department
Independent customer support in the area of supply chain management
Planning and implementation of customer training and workshops
Support and implementation of 1st and 2nd level support
Our requirements
Studies in economics, technology or logistics or comparable training with a focus on supply chain management/logistics
Several years of professional experience in supporting or using Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a focus on SCM modules (e.g., purchasing, warehouse management, production, logistics)
Project management experience and experience in project leadership are desirable
Strong communication skills in German and English, other languages are an advantage
Solution-oriented thinking, motivation and high commitment
Willingness to travel
