Your tasks
After careful training, you will be significantly involved in the implementation of software projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and for our national and international customers
Carrying out requirements and process analyses, design, implementation, testing and commissioning of the systems as well as their documentation and support in cooperation with our technical department
Independent and self-responsible customer support in cooperation with our developers and project managers
Support and implementation of 1st and 2nd level support
Our requirements
Completed studies with an economic background (e.g. business administration, business informatics, computer science) or a comparable qualification
Initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
Strong communication skills in German and English
IT affinity
Solution-oriented thinking, motivation and high commitment
Willingness to travel
