Your tasks
Implementation and management of software projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our national and international customers
Recording and implementation of customer-specific requirements in close coordination with the technical department
Independent and self-responsible customer service
Planning and implementation of customer training and workshops
Support and implementation of 1st and 2nd level support
Our requirements
Studies with a business specialization (e.g. business administration, business informatics)
Several years of professional experience in supporting or using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
Good understanding of business processes in the areas of merchandise management, warehousing and production
Project management experience and experience in project leadership are desirable
Strong communication skills in German and English
Solution-oriented thinking, motivation and willingness to travel
