With the ‘Mobile Field Service’ solution from our software partner Dynamics Software, you can expand your service management to include a mobile solution for your external reps fully integrated into Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition. This lets your external reps - online or offline - view all important information about customers, orders, equipment and stock at all times, as well as seamlessly interact with the back office. ‘Mobile Field Service’ takes over employee navigation to the site and supports them once there, e.g. by adding notes and photos about the order’s status and collecting customer signatures once the task is complete.
